Everyone told us to just use the same low-cost, “nobody can tell the difference anyway” ingredients as the other burrito chains. After all, they have a thousand locations and we are the small guy. If Big Burrito could sacrifice and get by using low-quality, pre-made ingredients, then why not just copy them and do the same?

But just getting by is not how we roll at Austin’s.

Our commitment is to only use prime cuts of steak, fresh-never-frozen oven roasted chicken, hand scooped avocados, premium sour cream and cheeses, and only the finest produce we could find. Not only is it the right thing to do, but the results have been award-winning.
